Former Sun Isaiah Thomas, who has been trying to play his way back into the league with the Salt Lake City Stars, has agreed to a 10-day contract to join the Phoenix Suns.
The report surfaced via Shams Charania of The Athletic, who also noted it was unclear when Thomas would return to the league. Thomas will be joining the team as they have a 3-day break ahead of a six-game run over the course of 10 days.
News of this comes after it was revealed that Thomas signed with the Salt Lake City Stars for four games, dropping over 30 points in each game. The Suns’ record currently finds them at 39-29. Stay tuned for more updates.
