According to reports, it was noted that the massive lawsuit filed by Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones against Diddy over alleged sexual assault was settled in court. However, that has been proven to be false, according to TMZ.
The $30 million lawsuit found Jones claiming he was sexually assaulted by Diddy and others, and an a court docket filed says a settlement conference was held this past Wednesday with Diddy and Jones on a video call. The docket claimed that both parties reached a settlement and that both sides would submit a draft of their agreement by next week.
However, sources say the settlement is not real, and that the lawsuit is still on going. Apparently, an error was made on the docket by the federal court in New York. Because of that, the court docket for the lawsuit against Diddy was erased. Stay tuned for more updates.
