Adam22 recently sat down with ICP's Violent J and Shaggy 2 Dope on the "Adam and Wack Show," where he asked them about Drake being seen wearing an ICP jersey. Adam then revealed that he personally reached out to Drake to ask for an explanation about wearing the hip-hop duo's merch.

This comes after Violent J told Bootleg Kev that he questioned if Drake was a real ICP fan, stating, "First of all, I don’t give a f*** what anybody said. I don’t believe Drake wore that having ever even heard any of our music. I think he wore that as a fashion thing because I think that’s what’s happening. Over time, you know, we’re old school. I seen, in a fashion magazine, an ICP shirt for $500… It was, like, fashion. It was the design of the shirt… [Drake] had a Ringmaster jersey, which is our second album, the second Joker’s Card. What the f** is Drake doing wearing that?"

It turns out that Drake has been a fan of ICP since he was a kid, as he told Adam that he was exposed to their music through his mom's friend's son. Drake told Adam that "Halls of Illusions" is fire, and he added that ICP took their merch to another level with their unique designs. You can listen in full above.
