Kelsey Nicole recently appeared on The Danza Project to speak about the night of the shooting involving Megan Thee Stallion and Tory Lanez.

During the sit-down, Kelsey opened up about speaking out for the first time since the trial, where Tory was convicted of shooting Megan and sentenced to 10 years in prison. Kelsey stated, "It took a lot for me to come and do this. Part of that is, I wanted to be sure when I did speak that I wasn’t speaking from a place of anger. I’m able to articulate myself well enough and not allow the drama to overshadow how I truly feel. I think that’s very important. I didn’t want to take an interview or sit down with anybody until I was past that part."

Following the interview, Kelsey faced a lot of backlash, with people accusing her of using Megan's name for attention. One follower also questioned if Kelsey was sorry for "shooting Meg or throwing her under the bus."

Kelsey responded, writing, "Y'all are so delusional it's scary."
