Previously, DJ Vlad and Talib Kweli discussed Ben Shapiro and Tom MacDonald’s controversial anti-rap track while on Piers Morgan’s show. Talib called the track from the two men cowardly and racist, with Vlad saying the track oversimplifies and generalizes the entire genre. Now, Kweli has taken to YouTube to deliver a message to Tom MacDonald and his supporters.
Kweli said that following his interview with Piers Morgan, he received a bunch of messages from “conservative a**” white people, which prompted him to deliver a reaction video.
The “Get By” rapper and Blackstar member said he was doing the reaction video responding to backlash against his statements about Ben Shapiro and Tom MacDonald. Kweli also addressed past issues with Piers Morgan and how he ended up on Morgan’s platform. Watch above.
