A local social media star in Southern California has stepped up to protect children and minors by helping to apprehend suspects who prey on them. Known as "Black Biden," this good Samaritan believes that the criminal justice system is not doing enough. Setting up potential suspects through online messaging, he poses as an underage boy or girl and arranges meetings with the suspects. When the suspects agree to meet, he contacts the authorities and records the moment of their arrest, sharing the videos on his social media page.

One of the notable videos on Black Biden's social media page shows a suspected child predator running chaotically through a Carl's Jr. fast-food restaurant in Long Beach as officers try to capture him. This vigilante's efforts have earned him the respect of the local community, with people stopping him on the street to commend his work and encourage him to continue.

Despite his efforts, Black Biden says that many of these suspects are still not facing the consequences they deserve. He highlights the importance of stronger laws to deter such criminal behavior. Through dating sites and commonly used social media platforms, he sets up profiles posing as underage individuals which attract potential predators. When these individuals reveal their intentions, Black Biden immediately contacts the police and captures the interaction on video.
