Consequence took to Instagram to reveal that he turned down TMZ for an interview that would appear on an upcoming documentary series about Kanye.

On Tuesday (February 6), Consequence shared texts he wrote to Kanye about the situation, and he added that he wasn't going to participate. Consequence told Kanye that he knew Ye wouldn't support the documentary after the Netflix "Jeen-Yuhs" documentary. Kanye replied, "That's love."

Consequence further clarified his stance in the caption of the post, writing, "Loyalty over Royalties. I was approached by @tmz_tv to be featured in their special 'Kanye West: Unhinged but Unstoppable.' I myself have had great interactions with Harvey and Charles but anyone who really knows YE would know that he would feel leveraged and exploited by this move even if you’re speaking on him in a positive light. That being said, even with what has recently transpired, I opted to pass…All Money ain’t G.O.O.D. Money."
