Rapper YNW Melly's murder case is developing further with the reveal that a key informant in the XXXTentaction murder trial is also a key witness in Melly's case. This was highlighted during an interview on VladTV with rapper Fredo Bang, a close friend of Melly. Bang indicated through his song lyrics that he had been subpoenaed in the case but was refusing to cooperate. According to 1090 Jake, the informant successfully reduced his own sentence by cooperating in the XXXTentaction case and is now potentially attempting to do the same in Melly's case. It is currently unclear how this potential witness involvement will affect the ongoing murder case.
