New York revealed the city is launching a $53 million program to give out pre-paid credit cards to migrant families who are being put in New York hotels. The program, which is run by a company in New Jersey called Mobility Capital Finance, will reportedly allow people seeking asylum at the Roosevelt Hotel to access the cards, which can only be used at grocery stores, supermarkets, bodegas, and convenience stores. Now, 50 Cent has reacted to the news, calling out New York Mayor Eric Adams in the process.

50 took to social media and posted a screenshot of the news. Along with that, he said, “👀WTF mayor Adams call my phone, I don’t understand how this works 🤷🏽‍♂️somebody explain. 50 then brought up news anchor Ari Melber, saying: “@arimelber can’t explain this I’m stuck maybe TRUMP is the answer. 🤦‍♂️.”
