Blueface is facing additional legal complications while incarcerated in a Los Angeles jail cell, as a Las Vegas judge has issued a bench warrant for his arrest due to an alleged probation violation. This development stems from a plea deal Blueface entered into regarding a Las Vegas strip club shooting case, resulting in a suspended sentence and a three-year probation term. The plea deal also included an underlying sentence of 2-5 years, making a probation violation potentially punishable by imprisonment.

The specific probation violation in question is related to an incident during a Utah performance last December. Blueface's attorney, Kristina Wildeveld, revealed that prosecutors are focusing on cell phone footage from the event, which allegedly shows Blueface bringing a woman on stage and instructing his fiancée to attack her.

Despite Blueface currently being held in Men's Central Jail in Los Angeles for a separate probation violation related to an assault case, law enforcement is expected to apprehend him for the Las Vegas warrant. His attorney assures that Blueface is cooperating with authorities and intends to surrender to Nevada authorities after serving his time in California. The Las Vegas judge had previously warned Blueface about the possibility of imprisonment for any probation violation, and now he is confronted with such an accusation. His scheduled release from jail in July in California may be followed by potential incarceration in Nevada.
