According to Miami Dade court case records obtained by The Shade Room, R&B singer DaniLeigh was sentenced to five years of probation for her DUI hit-and-run incident in Miami.
DaniLeigh reportedly appeared in court on Thursday (February 1), where she was given her sentence of probation, which will end on January 2029. No further information was revealed in the paperwork. However, the civil suit filed by the victim is still pending.
The incident happened back in May on Memorial Day when DaniLeigh hit a person on a moped and dragged it for about a block in Miami Beach. The man reportedly suffered a kidney laceration and a spinal fracture in the accident.
