Rapper Tay-K is set to appear in court on Tuesday (January 30) after a judge gave him a deadline for his murder case in San Antonio. This comes after Tay-K was sentenced to 55 years in prison for his role in a 2016 home invasion murder.
No Jumper reposted footage of Tay-K in court, where the judge can be seen telling his lawyers about the plea deal deadline. The judge told his attorneys that "all the discovery needs to be worked out," and she added that the state would give an offer for the plea deal. She adds that if the offer is rejected, a trial will follow.
Tay-K is accused of shooting and killing Mark Anthony Saldivar during a robbery in 2017. This happened after Tay-K cut off his ankle monitor and a national manhunt ensued. At this time, Tay-K filmed his "The Race" video, where he posed in front of his wanted poster.
