Previously, Lupe Fiasco took to X to address Kid Cudi, bringing him up during an interview. The vicious response found Lupe saying he wanted to beat him up so badly that he was getting a migraine. 

Now, Cudi has reacted, seemingly asking to make peace with the “Us Placers” emcee.

Via X, Cudi directly mentioned Lupe: “Love u g. I’m sorry if I hurt u, man. Life is too short. Hope u can find it in ur heart to get past this.” Cudi then said Lupe loves him and that he is only beefing with himself at this point. Another post on the platform found Cudi asking Lupe to talk, saying he sent him a DM.

Lupe Fiasco took to X, formerly known as Twitter, to react to Kid Cudi bringing up his name in a recent interview. 

During a sit-down with Apple Music's Zane Lowe on Thursday (Jan. 18), Kid Cudi claimed that he hid out of "embarrassment when Lupe came in the store while he was working there. Cudi explained, "Lupe Fiasco came to the store one day," Cudi recalls in the video below. "I was in the back and they were like, 'Yo, Lupe's here.' I was like, 'Oh, s**t.' Stayed down the stairs, waited until he left. They were like, 'What you down here for?'"

Kid Cudi added, "I explained it to my dude the same way I explained it to you. I was like, 'Yo, bro, if I get famous one day, I don't ever want this n***a saying like, 'He sold me clothes. You my son.' We can’t have that."

Lupe started off reacting on X, writing, "Kid Cudi is a b***h. And continues to be a b***h. Ain't nobody finna bring up he used to work at the Bape Store to diss his b***h a*s for having a regular job before he was a famous b***h with a cool job."

He added, "I honestly caught wind of it scrolling through fan comments," Lupe continued. "And I’m like what the f**k is this b***h talking about now with my name… He hid from me in the bape store back in day because he didn’t want me to use it against him when he got famous??? WHAT?!! Like a job shame?"

He then added, "I wanna beat this n***a up so bad I’m getting a migraine…" You can read more above.
