According to the Chicago Sun-Times, six men were found guilty of murdering rapper FBG Duck in 2020.

The men were identified as Charles "C Murda" Liggins, Kenneth "Kenny Mac" Roberson, Christopher "C Thang" Thomas, Tacarlos "Los" Offerd, Marcus "Muwop" Smart, and Ralph "Teezy" Turpin. The U.S. Attorney's Office of the Northern District of Illinois alleged in a press release at the time of their arrests that they were members of the O Block gang.

On Wednesday (January 17), a federal jury deliberated for two days before coming back with the guilty verdict. Duck’s mother and other family members reportedly cried and hugged each other after the verdict was read.

Liggins, an alleged shooter, was found guilty on five of seven counts but was found not guilty of shooting another shopper on Oak Street and using a gun in relation to that shooting. Offerd was found guilty of five counts. Thomas, another alleged shooter, was found guilty of three counts: murder, using a gun in the murder and conspiracy to commit the murder. Turpin was found guilty of murder and conspiracy to commit the murder, and Smart was found guilty of five counts.
