According to reports, Keefe D was granted bail in relation to charges of orchestrating the murder of Tupac Shakur in 1996. A judge noted Duane “Keefe D” Davis can possibly be placed on house arrest until his scheduled trial in June 2024 and will be required to wear electronic monitoring. All the mentioned updates by the judge depend on whether Davis is able to post the $750,000 bail.

Public defender Robert Arroyo told the Associated Press he thinks Davis will be able to post bail. Initially, lawyers for Davis requested that his bail not be higher than $100,000.
