Vin Diesel is currently facing a lawsuit where he is accused of sexually assaulting an assistant during the production of a 'Fast and Furious' movie. Asta Jonasson, hired by One Race Films to assist Vin Diesel during the filming of "Fast 5" in Georgia in 2010, claims in legal documents obtained by TMZ that Diesel forcibly groped and kissed her in his suite at the St. Regis in Atlanta. According to Jonasson, the assault escalated as Diesel allegedly lifted her dress, attempted to pull down her underwear, pinned her against the wall, and placed her hand on his erect penis.

Jonasson, who says she kept her eyes closed to cope with the situation, alleges that Diesel then masturbated while still in close proximity to her. Afterward, Diesel reportedly remarked, "No one can say s**t about Asta" before leaving the room. Hours later, Jonasson claims she was fired by Samantha Vincent, Diesel's sister and president of One Race Films, over the phone, suggesting it was a result of resisting Diesel during the alleged assault.

In the lawsuit, Jonasson explains that she remained silent for an extended period due to fear of Diesel's influence in Hollywood and concerns about her immigration status as a green card holder. Inspired by the #MeToo movement and invoking California's Speak Out Act, which permits victims to file sexual assault claims dating back to 2009, Jonasson is suing Vin Diesel, his sister, and One Race Films for sexual battery, wrongful termination, and a hostile work environment.

Vin Diesel's attorney, Bryan Freedman, strongly denies the allegations, stating that Diesel categorically denies the claim and that this is the first he has heard of the more than 13-year-old accusation. Freedman mentions clear evidence refuting the "outlandish allegations."
