According to reports, actor Darius McCrary was arrested last month for failure to pay child support.
Court documents say McCrary reportedly had an outstanding amount of $52,788.04 owed in back child support as of March 2019. McCrary was arrested and booked on November 27, 2023, on one felony count of failing to pay child support.
During his arraignment, the actor entered a not guilty plea, and his bond was set at $13,197. Along with that, McCrary would have to be monitored by a GPS device. As of now, it has been noted that the actor is still locked up. Stay tuned for more updates.
