Update 12/13/2023 5:59am:

On the heels of Monica's revealing that C-Murder left her heartbroken (again), it appears that the incarcerated rapper has issued a response on Instagram. In a lengthy post on Tuesday, C-Murder put things in perspective: "I don’t know why someone feels the need to publicly bash a person that’s fighting for their life??" He continued, "I am a black male fighting and hoping for freedom one day. Wanna speak on something??  Let’s talk about freeing us Louisiana inmates still held illegally and unconstitutionally by a racist Jim Crow law through a non-retroactive 10/2 non unanimous jury.  Facts."

She added, "This comment section is everything but half yall lying! I can tell by your responses when I perform ‘should’ve known better’ LOL The difference between you and I, is I’m not ashamed!
