On the latest episode of his podcast, Suge Knight openly admitted that he would physically confront any fellow inmate who disrespected Oprah Winfrey. During an episode of "Collect Call with Suge Knight," the Death Row Records co-founder recalled instances where he defended Oprah's name by getting into altercations with inmates who spoke ill of her. Knight emphasized his support for Oprah as a Black woman and mentioned that he confronted those who made negative comments about her.
Despite his defense of Oprah, Knight also criticized her for not featuring rappers on her show. He pointed out the apparent contradiction, noting that while Oprah wouldn't invite rappers, she promoted the N.W.A biopic "Straight Outta Compton," a film Knight claimed had negative repercussions for him. The podcast, hosted by Knight and David Mays, has been controversial, with Knight making various claims and allegations, including one against Akon, leading to potential legal consequences.
