--------

In this clip, The Game opened up about his time as part of G-Unit. He joined Aftermath, Interscope, and G-Unit, quickly appearing on the cover of their mixtapes, which were being released rapidly. Being a part of such a popular crew during that time was appreciated by the rapper, who felt it was a step up in his career. However, he asserted he would still have the same level of success even without G-Unit or Dr. Dre's Aftermath, attributing it to his determined mindset. His time in G-Unit wasn't all positive, as he felt only 50 Cent was making money. He aspired for individual success and felt he didn't need G-Unit to establish himself. Despite this, he values his time in G-Unit and the experience he gained but believes he was destined to stand on his own.
