Antonio Brown took to X, formerly known as Twitter, to claim that the Tampa Bay Buccaneers paid him "hush money."

On Monday (December 4), Brown shared a photo of stacks of cash and a check for almost $65,000. The check appeared to be from the Buccaneers, and Antonio captioned the post, "Thank you @Buccaneers
for hush money Settlement playing me while I was hurt now u can Suck my D***! NFL money rap money."

This comes after Antonio sat down with Bryant Gumbel on HBO’s Real Sports alongside his attorney, where he claimed the Buccaneers wanted to pay him $200,000 to get mental health treatment. Brown stated, "These guys at Tampa Bay Bucs tried to make an agreement with me to give me $200,000 to go to the crazy house so these guys could look like they know what they talking about." He later added, "I have mental wealth."
