Fat Joe Names People Who "Jacked" His Music, Says He Could Have Sued 20 Times

Boosie made waves recently after noting he was planning on taking legal action against Rod Wave and other artists who sampled his music without properly compensating him. Since then, Rod Wave reacted, noting he wanted to hash the issues out with Boosie. 

Now, Fat Joe has reacted to the news, revealing numerous people who “jacked” his songs without being hit with any type of legal action. 

While on Instagram Live, Fat Joe said, “If you use somebody’s music and you sample it and you don’t clear it and you don’t give them no money, they can sue you.” Joe then listed moments from his career related to the point: “Me, personally, I have never sued nobody for that. And trust me, they done had ‘Make it rain, make it, make it, make it rain.‘ Or ‘Lean wit it, rock wit it.’ My shit’s been jacked legendary. ‘Shoooulder leeean.’ My s*** been jacked!” Fat Joe’s statement references artists like Dem Franchise Boyz and Young Dro. 

The Bronx rapper then said, “If I went to court, I’d be like, ‘Exhibit A — that shit don’t look like ‘Lean Back’ to you?’” before saying, “I could’ve sued people for sampling my s*** 10, 20 times.”
