According to reports, actor and former California governor Arnold Schwarzenegger is being sued after he allegedly hit a woman cyclist in Los Angeles.
The actor was allegedly driving when the bicyclist swerved into his lane and made contact with the actor’s car. Arnold reportedly didn’t have time to hit the brakes, seemingly hitting the woman. As a result, the woman filed a lawsuit against the actor.
Legal documents found the woman claiming Arnold’s “negligence” led to him striking her with his vehicle, causing “severe injuries.” The woman also claims that Arnold’s failure to “keep a proper lookout” while driving “with excessive speed” is what led to the situation happening.
The woman is suing for damages including “past and future pain and suffering; past and future loss of earnings; past and future loss of earning capacity; past and future medical expenses; past and future healthcare expenses; past and future incidental expenses; and past and future household services.” Stay tuned for more updates.
