According to reports, DJ Mustard has now demanded $10,000 from his ex-wife, Chanel Thierry, for trying to access his finances unrightfully.

Thierry reportedly sent out five subpoenas to various companies working with the producer, including Roc Nation, Sony, and Universal. Mustard says that his ex-wife’s inquiries went all the way back to 2016, way before they were married. Mustard noted the issues between them were already resolved via a prenuptial agreement they signed.

The court filing from Mustard says that his ex “will use an abusive discovery strategy to cause this divorce to last longer than the entire length of the marriage.” Because of that, Mustard asked that his ex pay $10,000 for coming at him in “an expansive, unnecessary, and expensive discovery campaign into the financial issues that have been resolved and/or are conclusively governed” by their prenuptial agreement. Stay tuned for more updates.
