Jordan Craig, ex-partner of former NBA star Tristan Thompson, has filed a declaration in a Los Angeles court, alleging that Thompson owes her nearly $224,000 in child support payments for their 6-year-old son, Prince. Craig claims that since November 2022, Thompson has been either making partial payments or missing child support payments altogether. The couple had previously agreed in April 2019 that Thompson would pay Craig a monthly stipend of $40,000.
Craig provided a list of payments made, showing inconsistencies in Thompson's contributions, including a missed payment in January and varying amounts in subsequent months. Craig is now requesting the court to withhold Thompson's Cavaliers income, estimated at $2.7 million per year, in the amount of $80,000 per month until the outstanding payments are settled.
The claims surfaced after Thompson welcomed additional children with different partners, leading to concerns raised by Craig and her family regarding his parenting responsibilities for Prince.
