2 Chainz and Lil Wayne have been friends and collaborators on music for years, and now the duo has appeared on ‘The Tonight Show’ with Jimmy Fallon to speak about their bond before performing their song “Presha.”
While speaking about each other, 2 Chainz revealed he once used to be a marijuana connect for Weezy. “Uh…Wayne wanted cannabis,” said 2 Chainz. Wayne then elaborated, saying, “And so every time I would go to Atlanta, and I wanted to speak about that one thing, I would always call [2 Chainz] to talk about that.”
Wayne then noted that things seemingly changed when he heard 2 Chainz and Playa Circle’s “Duffle Bag Boy,” sparking the beginning of their musical relationship. Watch above.
