Last week, 50 looters were arrested following a wild incident where a Foot Locker in Center City (Philadephia) got completely ransacked. Over the weekend, a pair of citizens from the "City of Brotherly Love" went viral with an unbelievable video clip of their own. The on-camera incident depicts an angry motorcyclist stomping out the rear window of a female driver with a baby in the backseat) while at an intersection in traffic. When the driver hops out of her car to confront the perpetrator, he quickly pulls out his gun and points at her from point black range. He also headbutted her before he rode off.
