The Colombian Navy confiscated three tons of cocaine (worth approximately $100 million) at the conclusion of a high-speed chase where the carriers were navigating through the Caribbean Sea headed towards Central America. After impeding the progress of the speed boat, the Colombian Navy apprehended four men, who were later charged with transporting drugs and trafficking.
