Since purchasing the Dallas Cowboys in February of 1989, Jerry Jones has been a driving force in some of the NFL's most pivotal business ventures, such as the Raiders moving from Oakland to Las Vegas and the Rams heading back to Los Angeles after spending twenty years in St. Louis. Aside from being a screwed businessman, Jerry Jones has a soft spot for many of his former players, such as Michael Irvin, Tony Romo, and Ezekiel Elliot. However, according to NFL reporter Jim Trotter, the 5th richest owner in the league is being accused of making racist remarks along with Buffalo Bills owner Terry Pegula.  Jones allegedly said, "If Blacks feel some kind of way, they should buy their own team and hire who they want to hire." While Pegula reportedly said, "If Black players don't like it here, they should go back to Africa and see how bad it is."
