According to the FBI's Crime in the United States Report, Chicago ranks among the country's top twenty most violent cities. Aside from homicide, manslaughter, and murder, the report encompasses rape, kidnappings, robberies, and assault. On Sunday, in the Irving Park neighborhood of Northwest Chicago, a shouting match between an unidentified man and an unidentified woman occurred on a public bus. The on-camera incident took a turn for the worse when a bystander intervened and landed a sequence of punches on the man who was arguing with the lady. The result was a devastating KO that caused the victim to fall out of the bus. The blow was followed by the victim being stomped out and spat on. After that...the assailant simply stepped back onto the bus as if nothing happened.
