Two weeks ago, a German Shepard named Storm snuck out of her pet owner's home in Inglewood, California, before embarking on a journey to Sofi Stadium, where she not only managed to sneak into a Metallica concert but quietly placed herself in one of the seats and watched the show as if she were just another attendee. Meanwhile, her owners, Kathy Villa and Aribeth Hurtado, discovered their pup had gone missing after setting a viral photo of her sitting by herself at the concert.

“We don’t know how she got out, we checked our cameras and we didn’t see nothing,” Villa recalled. "I kept reading the captions and I was like, ‘Dude, she was really there,’ in a seat, like if she had bought a ticket."

“We were laughing,” Hurtado added. “We were like, ‘How did she get in the concert and actually sit in a seat? How did she get passed all of the security and the gate and the metal detectors and everything?’ And I’m pretty sure it was super crowded. So she probably just squeezed her way through the crowd and sat down in a seat.”

Thankfully, Storm was reunited with her owners. Shortly thereafter, Metallica took to social media to acknowledge the fun new story with a post about Storm sitting in on their legendary live set in Inglewood.

"You might have heard we had a four-legged fan join us for #M72LA! Despite reports to the contrary, our friend Storm snuck out of her home adjacent to @SoFiStadium and made her way to the gig all by herself," the band wrote. "After a full night taking in the show with her #MetallicaFamily, Storm was safely reunited with her actual family the next day. She had a great time listening to her favorite songs, including “Barx Æterna,” “Master of Puppies,” and “The Mailman That Never Comes.” And in case you were wondering, no. You definitely shouldn’t bring your furry friends to the #M72 World Tour. But this dog sure did have her day…"

Tickets for the show ranged from $91 to $162, but on this day, Storm bypassed the rates and had a blast all by herself.
