Dallas police are now searching for two suspects in the murder of an armored car guard in Old East Dallas. The incident occurred outside Big Jim's Check Cashing Store last Friday. Surveillance images of the suspects were released by Dallas police in the hopes that someone can identify them. The girlfriend of the guard who was killed spoke out, urging people to remember him.

On September 1st, two GardaWorld Security employees were delivering cash to the check cashing store when one of the guards, 52-year-old David Ruback, went to the back of the store and was met by an armed suspect who shot him. Ruback later died in the hospital. The two armed suspects in the surveillance photos are seen wearing black armor gear and carrying long rifles. The investigation is ongoing and anyone with information is asked to contact Dallas police or share a tip anonymously. The funeral for Ruback will be held on Friday.
