Skip Bayless continues to welcome new hosts to "Undisputed," including veteran sports journalist Rachel Nichols, who joined the FS1 show on Thursday (August 31). Rachel came to the show days after Skip welcomed his other co-hosts: Lil Wayne, former NFL wide receiver Keyshawn Johnson, former All-Pro cornerback Richard Sherman, and Michael Irvin.
The show changed hosts after Shannon Sharpe departed and joined Stephen A. Smith on ESPN's "First Take," which will begin on September 4. Nichols was a regular host for ESPN for over a decade. However, things came to a tumultuous end when a private phone call of hers was recorded and leaked to the New York Times.
In the call, Nichols voiced her frustration with the network replacing "The Jump" with "NBA Countdown" as the pregame show for the NBA Finals. Nichols and ESPN settled on her release in 2022.
