Former publicist for Kanye West and R. Kelly, Trevian Kutti, finds herself caught up in the Trump election RICO case and was one of the most recent individuals named in the indictment to surrender. Kutti is going viral because she is seen excessively cheesing in her mugshot unlike the former president whose mugshot featured his signature scowl.
Kutti, along with Illinois pastor Stephen Lee, are accused of pressuring a Georgia worker to falsely admit she was rigging the election in favor of President Joe Biden. The election worker, Ruby Freeman, and her daughter Shaye Moss said that Kutti visited them in January 2021 where she accused them of voter fraud and falsely claimed Freeman was a "crisis manager."
“I cannot say what specifically will take place … I just know that it will disrupt your freedom … and the freedom of one or more of your family members.… You are a loose end for a party that needs to tidy up,” Kutti told Freeman in bodycam footage. Kutti then put Harrison Floyd, former director of Black Voices for Trump, on speakerphone where he told Freeman she would be going to jail for committing voter fraud.
