According to reports, Nike has settled its lawsuit against Kool Kiy in the southern district of New York.

Kool Kiy, which is owned by David Weeks and Nickwon Arvinger, is now ordered to admit that their Air Kiy '85 sneaker is a knock-off of Nike's original design for the Air Jordan 1 and Nike Dunk trademarks. This bars Kiy from selling any other sneakers moving forward. The settlement also throws out any remaining countersuits Kool Kiy had out against Nike after the Swoosh successfully argued that Kool Kiy "fails to state facts sufficient to constitute a claim."

Despite the settlement, it appears that Kool Kiy is still seeking to release its latest colorway this Friday, according to a recent Instagram post.
