According to reports, the New York City drug dealer that sold actor Michael K. Williams the fatal bag of heroin was sentenced to 10 years in prison.

Irvin Cartagena, 40, a k a “Green Eyes,” was seen on surveillance handing drugs to Williams the day he was found dead in his Williamsburg penthouse. Cartagena initially fled to Puerto Rico where he was captured in February 2022. He subsequently pleaded guilty to conspiring to distribute heroin, fentanyl, and fentanyl analogue — a synthetic opioid.

He was one of four men charged in Williams's death and the second to be sentenced. Carlos Macci, 71, was sentenced to 2.5 years in July.
