Video released coming out of Oklahoma City shows an officer in pursuit of a robbery suspect who is fleeing on a skateboard.
The suspect has been identified as 33-year-old William Lazarus who allegedly entered a local church and snatched a woman's purse. The officer, Oklahoma City Police Sgt. Trayvion Jones attempted to subdue Lazarus with his taser but was unsuccessful on his first try but on the second try the taser forced Lazarus to fall face-first onto the ground before being apprehended.
The victim's stolen purse was also recovered during the arrest and Lazarus was later determined to have felony warrants out of California.
