Video coming out of Missouri shows a Walgreens worker being assaulted after she confronted a woman suspected of shoplifting.
The video picks up with the worker, who has been described as a woman in her 60s, being pummeled by the female attacker outside the front of the store. As the employees hits the ground she is repeatedly punched by the suspected shoplifter.
According to FOX 4 KC, the "dispute erupted after the worker told an adult who was with the teens to pay for a pair of sunglasses, but she had refused."
The employee has recovered and plans on pressing charges.
