The man who made the Alabama riverboat brawl a viral sensation by wielding a folded chair and clearing out anyone in his path has been arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.

Reggie Ray, 42, turned himself in on Friday and is currently being held at Montgomery’s Municipal Jail. Ray marks the fifth person to be arrested and charged for their role in the Montgomery melee. Ray is also the first of the black combatants to be arrested since the racially-charged brawl.
