Previously, NLE Choppa dropped a music video for his new song “Hot In Here,” a remake of Nelly’s classic Neptunes-produced track “Hot in Herre.” The song found Nelly giving his stamp of approval, telling NLE Choppa, “Go up nephew.” However, not everyone is on board with the remake, as NLE Choppa has received much backlash. Since then, the rapper has reacted to detractors of the song.
Via Twitter, one user reposted a video clip of Choppa’s new song and said, “Not to be dramatic when I say this but this might be the worst song of 2023.” Choppa reacted with numerous laughing emojis. Another now-deleted tweet posted by the rapper found him saying, “Gotta listen to the whole song first to even give an opinion. This only a few seconds of the song lol.” Take a look above.
