From sports pundits such as Skip Bayless and Stephen A. Smith to former teammates like Russell Westbrook and rappers like Lil B--Kevin Durant is no stranger to a good 'ole fashion war of words. Before joining the 73-9 Golden State Warriors in 2016, Durant was widely viewed as a poster child for the NBA, with a relatively clean-cut image, but those days have come and gone.
Two years ago, Durant was involved in a controversial "Twitter war" with comedian Michael Rapaport. This week, the two-time NBA Champion got into an online exchange with another comedian named Ryan Davis. In response to getting cursed out by Durant, Davis fired back with a hot take about Durant's hairline and post-season history without sharing the floor with the dynastic Warriors. Davis also attempted to teach Durant the importance of defense in the course of championship-winning basketball.
