Recently, 50 Cent made fun of Ja Rule for a stretcher stunt performed on stage during a set at Nelly’s ‘Hot In Herre’ festival. Since then, Ja Rule called 50 “obsessed” for commenting. Now, Ja has made claims about 50’s rise to fame in the music industry, saying 50 told him he was going to diss everyone ahead of time.

While speaking to Math Hoffa, Ja Rule said, “I used to go over to Jam Master Jay’s studio — when he was signed to JMJ because Black Child was over there. He was also signing to JMJ.” Ja continued saying, “So I go over there. Go see my n***a Black. And, you know… I was already on. I had a record deal with my n***as Cash Money Click — so he used to kick it with me.” He then said, “[50 Cent] used to want to do a record with me,” noting the song never got recorded because of his busy schedule.

Ja then revealed that 50 allegedly told him about his plan to diss others to get on in the music industry, with one of those records being one that made Ja confront 50. Watch above.
