Previously, 03 Greedo addressed claims of him allegedly snitching to get out of his 20-year prison sentence early. The rapper said, “I just want you b***h a** n***as to know. You know, I did five. Nobody else did nothing off this conviction, this time, whatever y’all calling it.” Now, a woman who claimed to have worked on Greedo’s case took a moment to explain what went down in the rapper’s case.

Via Instagram, Greedo posted a screenshot from a woman named Katie Quack, a paralegal in Texas where his case was. In the message, the woman said she worked the case, and the claims against Greedo are false. “He had a gun to his head for 11 minute total. The police were out of line and this was a ‘bad stop’ of racial profiling,” said Quack.

She then said the rapper and co-defendant were able to get out of charges because of the bad stop and a violation of the 4th amendment. She then noted Greedo’s original attorney never watched police footage and didn’t try to help the rapper by looking at discovery for the case.

Quack then noted that her work in the case lent a hand to Greedo’s release via an appeal. Take a look above.
