According to reports, a Queens man was arrested on Thursday for the murders of his brother and mother after video emerged of the suspect dragging the corpse of his dead brother in a trash bag onto the sidewalk.
Roscoe Danielson, 40, was arrested murdering his mother Sheryl Myrick and brother Kyle Danielson. Myrick's body was found a day after authorities were called about Kyle's body in a trash bag. Police say Kyle appeared to have suffered a puncture wound to the neck while also sustaining gunshot wounds. Myrick was discovered with stab wounds, a slit throat and multiple gunshot wounds.
“He had the stroller in one hand and was dragging the body with the other hand,” said a 19-year-old neighbor who only gave her first name, Michelle. “He didn’t run. He blended in. He walked off, like nothing happened.”
“That’s not right. It’s not right. It’s not right. That was my sister. My birthday is August 8, hers is September 1. When I turn an age, she turns an age. All my life,” said Andre Myrick, Sheryl's brother and uncle to Kyle and Roscoe.
“And her son took her f–king life, took her life and my nephew, who was a great guy. I don’t get it. I’m trying to like figure out why. [...] I heard he chopped him up, my nephew, and put him in a bag and put him up there,” before adding, “Sometimes we don’t have answers as human beings. I am going to die. We are all going to die one day, but we just want to go the right way, not the wrong way like how my sister went.”
