According to reports, a mass shooting went down in the early hours of July 2nd in the Brooklyn section of South Baltimore. As a result of the shooting, a 20-year-old man and an 18-year-old woman were killed. The shooting reportedly took place at around 12:35 AM.
The shooting at “Brooklyn Day” found 28 injured, with three victims reportedly in critical condition. Baltimore Police Commissioner Richard Worley said, “This was a reckless, cowardly act that happened here and has permanently altered many lives and cost two people their lives. I want those responsible to hear me, hear me very clearly: We will not stop until we find you. And we will find you.”
Baltimore police say the ages and conditions of the victims vary, and that 20 people walked themselves into hospitals after the shooting, while the paramedics had to take nine injured people to hospitals.
