According to reports, a 60-year-old California man was arrested at the Canadian border near Niagara Falls last week with about 400 pounds of cannabis and more than $600,000 cash in his car. 

Andrew Lee Toppenberg, of Tustin, California allegedly ended up at the Canadian border by accident when getting turned around following incorrectly entered GPS coordinates. Toppenberg was subjected to a vehicle search after not having his passport on him. 

Upon searching, authorities found several bags of money and vacuum-packed bags of product. Toppenberg was charged with suspicion of the possession and import of cannabis and possession of more than $5,000 knowing that all or parts of the proceeds were obtained by a crime.
