In 2021, it was revealed that Lil Durk’s older brother OTF DThang was shot and killed outside of a nightclub in Illinois. Reports noted that DThang was hit in the head by gunfire outside the club and passed immediately.
Since then, Durk has dealt with the loss while moving forward with his career, as he recently dropped his ‘Almost Healed’ album. Now, the rapper has taken to social media to pay homage to his older brother on the 2nd anniversary of his tragic passing.
Via Instagram, Durk posted a photo of his brother smiling. The rapper added the caption: “Thang way, I miss you bloody.” He continued saying, “I got you smiling from up there, I got you ❤️🩹🏆.” Take a look above.
