A Dallas man is behind bars along with his girlfriend after allegedly killing a woman he "used to talk to," at the behest of his current partner.
Gabriel Leuyas reportedly fired the fatal shot at Keerstin Cooper who police say Leuyas previously had a fling with which he current girlfriend Breaira Martin had an issue with. Authorities say Martin and Cooper got into a verbal altercation which ended with Martin ordering Leuyas to "smoke" Cooper.
Leuyas then pulled out his weapon and shot Cooper twice through the windshield. According to FOX 4 News, "Police say that surveillance video from the area clearly shows the incident and that the suspects were identified using gang records, social media and police body cam following an anonymous tip."
Leuyas and Martin are both charged with murder. Leuyas faces an additional charge of unlawful carrying of a weapon while Martin faces an additional charge of resisting arrest.
