According to reports, a former Georgia deputy was sentenced to life in prison after killing his mistress over an insult about his penis size.
Jason “Moose” Cunningham, 48, pleaded guilty to malice murder and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony for the 2020 death of 37-year-old Nicole Harrington. Cunningham confessed to shooting his girlfriend and the mother of three in the head after she “insult[ed] the size of his manhood,” and left her for dead inside an Augusta-area parking garage elevator.
After murdering Harrington, Cunningham was involved in an 8-hour standoff with police before ultimately being arrested. Earlier this week, Cunningham received a sentence of 35 years to life in prison on the murder charge, and another five years for the weapons count.
