In a bizarre story coming out of Kentucky, a 64-year-old man is in jail after allegedly shooting his roommate in the buttocks over a Hot Pocket.
According to local authorities, Clifton Williams and his roommate were engaged in a physical altercation after a verbal confrontation ensued over the eaten Hot Pocket. At one point during the fight, the roommate was said to have stopped and began leaving the residence. However, at that point, Williams had fired a shot at him, striking him in the buttocks.
NBC News reports Williams pleaded not guilty to a charge of second-degree assault, a charge with carries a maximum sentence of up to 10 years behind bars.
